From the minute you get in touch with us right through to the installation of your finished piece, we aim to provide the highest possible levels of service at every stage of the buying process. Access checks

From spiral staircases to narrow hallways, delivering big items can be a challenge, even for the most experienced delivery teams. If you think access could be an issue, let us know and we’ll visit your project to determine how difficult delivery will be. As your product is made-to-order we can tailor it to be assembled onsite if needed.

 

QUALITY CONTROL

Before items leave the workshop, each piece is meticulously examined by our experts. Everything from the threading and finishes to size and fit is checked and rechecked. For items like beds and headboards we conduct a trial assembly to ensure perfect fit and quality before it’s carefully packaged for delivery.

DELIVERY

Our delivery team not only has the skill and knowledge to handle your order with complete care but are experts at careful installation. We also deliver to you outside of the UK using trusted partners who go about their work with the same exacting standards as our own delivery team. Once installed, our team will clear away any packaging and completely remove it from your project. We will then conduct a quality assessment check and will only sign off on the job when you are completely happy with the end result.
